Had a fantastic event with Volanti Team and shoutout Ariel for going above and beyond!
My fiancé and I hosted an engagement party at Volanti and it was absolutely incredible. The food and drinks were phenomenal as well as the staff serving them and coordinating he event. I worked closely with Ariel for a few months while planning the event and she responded in a timely manner and maintained great organization throughout the process to ensure the event came together the way I had pictured!
We hosted a company event at Volanti earlier this week and had such an amazing experience. We spent a few months planning and our event coordinator, Ariel was extremely kind, helpful and responsive to my many, many questions and requests. She was on-site to assist with early setup for the event and ensured we were able to host a successful awards dinner for our employees. My friends and I threw my one of my best friend’s baby shower at Volanti in Scottsdale, and it was seriously PERFECT. The space is gorgeous, super modern with amazing views of the airport and mountains. It made the whole vibe feel really special without being over the top. We were excited to plan our corporate event with Volanti and signed a contract for an event in October. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. After signing, we were later told we were not on the books, despite having confirmation. We were also told in writing that there was no food & beverage minimum, only to be told later that there was.
