Let’s recap everything we’ve experienced at this property since being the first person to live in this unit. Since day 1, our dishwasher leaks when we use it, the paint is so thin that you can’t clean cooking residue off the walls without peeling paint off, dent in the floor, and lots of other issues that have to this day after 2 years never been addressed. If you're considering renting here, do NOT do it. Listen to all these reviews. I've been living here for over a year and have experienced a consistent pattern of poor maintenance, unresponsive communication, and a lease structure that heavily favors the landlord at the expense of the tenant. For a newer building, the construction quality is surprisingly cheap, and you'll quickly learn that the lease places most repair responsibilities on the tenant. STAY AWAY!!!! I used to live there the place was always cold they would never clean the driveway always full of snow, people never pick up they dog poop from the front, and they never wanna be responsible for fixing something you send an email and they take 2 weeks to respond to it, they STOLE my deposit as well, I had previously written a review and they deleted it.
