voit management is hands down the worst customer service and company ive ever experienced. They take your money but do absolutely nothing for the community. Absolutely nothing in their contract is upheld. They let people have atrocious yards, 8 cars on one property leaking oil everywhere, they are rude, they dont respond to anything unless you bombard them. They double charge you than charge you 75 dollars to dispute it. Nothing worse than this company and they should be shut down or replaced with a reputable company.

I sent in our payment to their new address. I went online one day to my bank account and noticed a message. It said that my payment had been returned. My husband calls them and they tell us we have to fill-out a form. My husband emails them and they ask us to clarify the address we sent it to. He does that with Proof of Payment from the bank plus Payment Activity. They write back and request a copy of the check. He explains that the Proof of Payment is what Chase offers on their website. Horrible. I just got a bill for over $1000.00 for an HOA that charges $120/yr. Since we only get billed once a year, I did not remember to contact them, because its 2019 and most people who want to get paid send a bill. So out of the blue I contacted them and said I never received a bill. They responded with late fees from 2016 to present.
