They have done a great job every time I’ve gone in. My short GelX nails always look natural and last for weeks. Great color selection, nice ladies, and they are gracious with walk-ins. I drive from East Hollywood to get my nails done here.
Amazing experience, nails turned out amazing and my massage was great. Highly recommend!
I will start with - people are super nice. But! Meni pedi and skin removal were beginner level. Place was packed so I went in to try it , but if I was local I would definitely try another place. If the owner read the reviews, I hope for you locals she will change it.
I used to come here all the time, went today and the quality has completely gone down hill. This is probably the worst manicure I have ever received. The French tip is so messy, not straight, too thick, she got pink all over it and tried to correct it and it just kept getting worse. I tried to tell her to fix it and she didn’t even try. Never coming back here.
This place is a rip off. First of all my nails look weird. She did Jaxx on me and the nail is just way too wide. It looks so strange. $85 for gel X. Never again! Then the lady doing my pedicure decided to massage my feet for $20 and charge me. She never asked me if I wanted extra massage. I was on my phone not paying attention and next thing you know she charges me for extra massage. I repeatedly said to them you should ask first. And they never acknowledge it.
