The staff were nice, but they didn’t seem experienced with the cat eye technique. My gel polish had to be redone twice, and the appointment took over 2.5 hours. At the end, Venessa redid my nails but worked on three at once, so the cat eye effect looked messy and uneven. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

They have done a great job every time I’ve gone in. My short GelX nails always look natural and last for weeks. Great color selection, nice ladies, and they are gracious with walk-ins. I drive from East Hollywood to get my nails done here.

I will start with - people are super nice. But! Meni pedi and skin removal were beginner level. Place was packed so I went in to try it , but if I was local I would definitely try another place. If the owner read the reviews, I hope for you locals she will change it.

I used to come here all the time, went today and the quality has completely gone down hill. This is probably the worst manicure I have ever received. The French tip is so messy, not straight, too thick, she got pink all over it and tried to correct it and it just kept getting worse. I tried to tell her to fix it and she didn’t even try. Never coming back here.
