In response to Jayne Blake: We apologize you did not have a good experience with our salon. However, your review is not an accurate reflection of what happened. You asked to have your hair diffused so it was not soaking wet which is an additional service. You were charged for the services you asked for. You then messaged the owner of the salon at 9:30pm on her private and personal Facebook account (which was inappropriate). Very dissatisfied client- had color done and didn’t want to go out with soaking wet hair. Asked to diffuse to get somewhat dry before leaving. She spent basically 5 minutes and when I went to pay charged me $35-40(not certain I remember because I was shocked) for the 5 minute diffuse and never said anything to me beforehand. Best hair salon in the world!!! Kymm is the best hairdresser in the world also. Always greeted with a beautiful smile and leave feeling refreshed and as beautiful as her smile.
