i had a very bad experience with Voicent !!!there are anther company much better and more vale they dont give me any support after buying the life license !!!!!! they request 200 USD to reinstall the license after !!! i just changed the network card only , and have the same software install in the system ,never used the software before !! when i want to use it ,it told me there is no license ,!!! i contacted the support center for voicent , but they dont want to help to install the license or send me my license without pay 2... read more

No customer service. They just annoy people with continual robo calls with no way to opt out .
I have tried 4 different softwares and to my dismay all of them is just a waste of money, then I found voicent and since the product review is consistently positive, I purchased it. I am so glad to share with you that Voicent is definitely worth the money you pay for, no issues upon the installment and is so easy to use. Based on the other software that I tried, it took me 4 hours to figure out how to make it work but with Voicent, it was only in a span of 15 minutes. I highly recommend this software. Good job guys!
you hung up me up in the face and didn't answer my simple questions. i want to speak to the manager. poor company poor service. you don't deserve even one star.
i have downloaded the 9.2.0 version but for some numbers the call status is getting "call will retry" but even if i wait for 10 to 20 minutes the status is same
