The Doctor was nice. The secretary in the front of office on the other hand is very disrespectful, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. The first encounter I had with her I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe she was having a bad day but the following encounters I've had with her she's been disrespectful
