GOLDBERG WORKS!! – I've been in my home now for 12 months without making a payment, not sure how I got to stay for so long, but the bank finally caught up with me and issued the notice of default. I'm really attached to my place, sure it wasn't of my financial means to be keeping, but I wanted to stay there, and rightly so in today's economy, my house is only worth 250k, but in the peak it was worth 750k. My bubble popped – I was a victim of the housing bubble bust. My house value dropped and my ARM payment went up. The bills just piled up from there, it was horrible. I didn’t know what to do then I saw Goldberg’s commercial and decided that I should go talk to him. He helped me tremendously and I am forever grateful. He helped me and my family stay in our home. Filing a chapter 7 with him was the best thing I could have done. Thank you Randy.
Why the bad reviews? – I don’t understand why there are bad reviews bashing Mr. Goldberg. I dealt with him twice, once for me and once with my sister, and both times I had favorable experiences. Yes, he may have a brash personality, but honestly that would be the kind of lawyer that I would want in the court room, not some push over. Saved my House – What made it unique or special?I was living in my house for 5 months and not making payments to my mortgage company. I worried everyday about when I would get notice on my front door or when a constable would come to my house and kick me out. Big Dog – Attorney's are like dogs, I've always hired my attorney based on who's the bigger badest dog in the group. He's definitely the big dog, and that's who I want to get me out of my jam. I got myself into it, I turned to him to get me out of it and thats exactly what he did. I don't call some pushover, I call the biggest baddest junkyard dog and let him loose on the federal courts.
Great Guy – I saw Mr. Goldberg after seeing his Television commercial and was able get right in. Let me tell you, this guy is busy and rightfully so. There are tons of us in this situation and not enough BK attorneys that can handle the common persons BK without charging an arm and leg for it. I'm down to my last resort, I've tried the best I could to do it myself and failed. Mr. Goldberg handled it, filed quickly and got it done. Neglegent – Mr. Goldberg, the LEAST you can do is personally sit with a client for a few minutes, that does not justify being paid. We are not hiring you to just file a few papers and do the minimum that is required of you to be an attorney. Mr. Goldberg & his staff completely mis-managed my case which is now in shambles. Be Careful – Mr. Goldberg was recommended to me by a friend of my parents' whom experienced problems with him after the fact and now regrets recommending him to me. He may be ok at filing a bk for you, but has no regard for what happens after the fact, or how to mitigate the reprocussions to your credit or your life afterwards. reality – I am shocked by such ridiculous comments and accusations. I meet with each client and at times i do curse. If you are offended i am sorry. however i find it ironic that you are all so offended by curse words but not by discharging all the money you owe people. I charge fair fees and do the work to fix your case. I do care about the client, however , i am trying to get the job done and the client must cooperate.
