Lisa took complete charge of our cruise for our family of 5.. I kept throwing details and add-ons thru out our planning and she followed thru without fail. She was professional, knew her way around cruise details, and all went seamless. Would definitely recommend her as a travel consultant , and has booked our next family cruise for 2025.. Linda sold to an online travel agency, who doesn't provide the same customer service. I stayed with Vogue after the change over and I didn't get any real customer service. My Amex cruise privileges were not applied. This was a loss of $700 of onboard credit for 3 rooms on a cruise. Nothing was sent to my room onboard the ship as a thank you, like Linda always did.
