I have called and gone by this office several times. Not only are they never there, they don’t answer the phone or return voicemails. Very poor customer service.

Lisa took complete charge of our cruise for our family of 5.. I kept throwing details and add-ons thru out our planning and she followed thru without fail. She was professional, knew her way around cruise details, and all went seamless. Would definitely recommend her as a travel consultant , and has booked our next family cruise for 2025..
