I should have left this review long ago, during the Pandemic, but didn’t. Anyway, I am leaving it now. It was the absolute WORST experience with an optometry clinic, EVER. Mr. Dalrymple was the rudest, most condescending optometrist I have EVER dealt with. I was wearing my mask, as required, but when I lifted it very briefly to have a drink of water, he began screaming and hollering at me like I was committing a mortal sin or something. I highly recommend this Vogue Optical. The service is outstanding! I needed petite frames and they went above and beyond to find me the perfect pairs. They are extremely patient and helpful. I felt they were truthful in what looked good on my face and what didn't - which is what I wanted. All the staff here are amazing but a big shout out to Hailey, Emma, and Serena. I am forever grateful for your excellent service and making me feel so welcome every time I walked through the door. Thank you!!!!
