The receptionist is nasty, the way she spoke to my recently widowed mother because she stood "too close to the glass" almost caused an altercation. Also whoever answered the phone last time I called to order more contacts was shockingly nasty giving me hell because I didn't get an ocular check last pick up, I wasn't even aware I was due for one. Anyway, I'm done with this place.
I've been trying to get in and see an optometrist and they've booked me 4 times and all of my appointments had been cancelled for some reason. I even asked politely if I could get an assurance that it will not happen again, but as of today, I got another phone call that it was cancelled, again. All had different times, morning or late afternoon, nothing works here. Stop wasting people's time, it's hard to book days off for an appointment that you're not even gonna get.
