Terrible communication. Ensure you double check that they have an RMT available. Whoever I spoke to when booking the appointment was difficult to understand over the phone, but I was able to understand her asking to confirm the date and time, as well as if I had been before. She claims to have told me twice that they did not have an RMT on site and if I was ok with it, but I would never have gone for a regular massage. It was a waste to pay for a sub-par massage when I have it covered by my insurance. Won't be going back.
