My last couple of experiences here have been disappointing. During a previous visit, my nails were shaped inconsistently and looked noticeably different from one another. “I had a very bad experience at this nail salon. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. The customer service was disappointing, and her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. People go to a salon to relax and enjoy good service, not to be treated disrespectfully. I would not recommend this place and definitely will not be coming back.”

I really wanted to ignore the other reviews and try this place out on my own since I’m only a walk away from my apartment, but I don’t think I’ll be back. If I do come back, it’ll only be for a pedicure because that was the only thing that turned out nice and didn’t chip. I spent over $107+ for a pedicure and gel extension nails and I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of the gel polish. I came here last Sunday before I went to a destination wedding and now that I’ve gone here I will definitely never return. About the only positive thing I can say is that they were close by and open on Sunday. I called and asked if they had time and they told me if I came right away they could.
