ZERO STARS!! Don’t get a pedicure!! My mom, friend, and I called and asked if they could take three walk ins. Yes, I know you never know who/what you’re going to get with walk ins. But they said yes & they’re professionals. Worst pedicure of my life. They only used oil at the beginning, no scrub, no lotion. So the oil will stay on you the whole time, into the night. The service was excellent, and the entire staff was attentive; I have just one recommendation: suggest to the person in charge,or the manager,that it would be better to project a friendly and, above all, kind image.

This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a pedicure here, but this time was by far the worst. I’m extremely disappointed! I asked the lady if she could please fix my nail because it didn’t look right, but she told me there was nothing she could do. She said that if she cut it, it would look worse, and she basically just decided to ignore what I was asking for. I’m paying for the service, so I feel like the work should be done the way I like it. Unfortunately, I left this experience very disappointed. Last Thursday, I made an appointment for a **non-chip manicure**, and everything seemed fine at the time. However, after only **four days**, the polish on my nails started chipping. I called the salon on Monday to let them know what happened, and they asked me to come in on Tuesday, which I did. I absolutely love my nail tech and have always been happy with her work. Unfortunately, the overall experience at the salon could use some improvement. The booking system is very unorganized. My appointment was canceled three different times, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. There needs to be a better system in place for scheduling and communicating with customers. Customer service could also use some improvement. When you walk in, you don't really feel welcomed or acknowledged. There is very little greeting... read more
