Sara or Thao Campbell? did a gel x refill for me (6/15) and a week later (6/21) one of my nails lifted and another broke in half. So I come in for a nail fix, the male owner? Manager? Terrible customer service. I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and the tech I was assigned, Tina, clearly did not want to do it from the moment I sat down. She immediately pulled my arm all the way forward aggressively and had a bad attitude the entire time. I even had my friend with me who witnessed everything. Honestly, if she doesn’t want to remove acrylic nails, then she should inform the front desk so they can assign the service to someone else. I came to do my nails for my vacation Literally a week ago And during the trip, my nails were coming off my nails were bad. They want to fix some nails all my nails are bad and broken I ask for refund they don’t want to give me a refund and they charged so much I don’t recommend this place never come here again.
