I always go this nail salon they always do a good job. Today I went and I had the worst customer service ever. I called right when they opened and they said they accepted walk ins. I went my pedicure was done and was waiting in the pedicure chair for 1 hour. The lady mentioned it was a 30 min wait to get my manicure done… no one came to me to assure me my time is almost there to get them done. I took my daughter here for an 11:30 appointment. We arrived about 10 minutes late, and she was made to wait an additional 30 minutes before being seen. I understand that we were late, but that extra wait still felt excessive. We were originally told the service would be $55+, but I later discovered that my daughter was charged $73 because they added separate fees for the nail shape and a simple French tip. As a birthday present to myself, I treated myself to a mani-pedi and eyebrow wax at Vogue salon. Long story short - this was one of the best birthday presents I could ever given myself! 🥳 I was struck by the spaciousness within this salon, which is amazing! I felt like I could freely walk around without feeling like I'm "climbing" over someone, or making myself get as small as possible for someone to pass by. It's also very clean and orderly inside! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I originally came back because three of my nails had fallen off, and somehow I still left today after paying $75 for an unfinished set that I’m unhappy with. I asked for a French ombré. Instead, she started airbrushing the ombré on, and it did not look good at all. Then the airbrush machine stopped working in the middle of the service.
