We reserved this room through Chase Sapphire Reserve Edit program. Via this offer, we received a beautiful room upgrade, a $75 credit for breakfast, and a $125 (Canadian) hotel credit that we used for lunch and later for desserts. It was a great hotel with comfortable beds and the nicest bathroom I think I've ever experienced in a hotel! The local was great and the staff offered really good restaurant suggestions. I'd definitely stay here again!
Ever since Hilton purchased this hotel from Loews the management team has forgotten what customer service is. When taken over Hilton reservations did not even know this hotel excisted. Try calling for hotel manager or email her no response at all even after numerous emails. Once you receive a email response and respond back no response at all.
