Ever since Hilton purchased this hotel from Loews the management team has forgotten what customer service is. When taken over Hilton reservations did not even know this hotel excisted. Try calling for hotel manager or email her no response at all even after numerous emails. Once you receive a email response and respond back no response at all. Overall it is good hotel. We used Fine Hotel Resorts benefit from Amex. It worked out perfectly. Good breakfast. Good service, The only problem is that they did not clean room unless we requested. Yes second day we came back to room at 2PM. And room was not cleaned so we requested. Third day, we left 2PM and we requested to clean the room, but it was not done at 8 PM and we had to stay outside to clean the room. ( communication error?) It was lovely 2 nights stay at this hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is pretty big for the standard room. The food and service at restaurant is delicious. Would stay again.
