The top and front of my hair came out terrible. We tried to fix it but the owner still charged me a full $330 even thought I shared how much I didn’t like it. Explaining to me that the toner needs ash versus your employee is wrong. I thought you were already using toner. It’s okay to make mistakes but do not try to play customers after messing up their hair. Now I need to pay extra elsewhere to get it fixed.
