Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. If I could give this no stars, I would. The representative I spoke with did not stop long enough to understand my question about their process and spoke over me any time I tried to speak. She absolutely REFUSED to transfer my call to someone else so I could explain our situation. This isn't the first time we've encountered this with them and we've wanted to give benefit of the doubt but they are very difficult to work with. After the current order, we will be switching vendors.
