I do my best to support local, and one of the most local businesses you can support is your neighborhood dry cleaners. That said, I will no longer support Vogue Cleaners. After they ruined a sweater we requested a call from management in order to discuss our complaint. After multiple attempts, both on the phone and in person, to get management or their owner to return our calls, we were completely ignored. Not only did they ruin my $100 Pier 1 rug, they didn’t return it to me before company came to visit, the whole reason I was having it cleaned. I brought in a 2&1/2’ x 4’ wool rug on a Tuesday & asked if it could be cleaned by Friday before I had company coming. I said I didn’t want to pay more than about $10, otherwise it wasn’t worth it for me. The young lady working there said it would definitely be under $12, & I’d have it back by Friday.
