Came in to Vogue. Due to an emergency situation, we needed a suit dry cleaned for a wedding that afternoon. The owners were compassionate and caring and treated us so good. Picked up the suit a couple of hours later. Thank god they saved the day! Thank you Vogue for your thoughtful and caring ways! Professional and caring! I give them a 10 rating for helping us out!
Took over 7 days to get notified that my 2 dresses were finished. It was over $40. Won't be going back there.
Had them dry clean my suit for a very important job interview they did a fantastic job and also completed the job in the time frame they had specified for me. Reasonable price and will be back again for future dry cleaning. Thanks
Dropped of 2 dress shirts with French cuffs..requested to be pressed properly with cuffs straight, not folded and creased. I requested this 4 times to the clerk so she would understand. At the pick-up one was done correctly, one wasn't? I have problems in the past with other cleaners...seems no one knows the proper way to press a shirt with French cuffs....what's up?
