Can do everything! Vogue cleaners not only has a friendly staff, they are very reasonably priced. I took my wedding dress there to be cleaned and packaged in one of those memorabila boxes. They charged me less than one hundred dollards and did a wonderful job! (and has the dress back to me in a week) All the other places I looked at cost over a hundred and the most popular ones were out of state and you had to ship it to them! Wedding Dress Cleaning/Preserving I read the previous post about the cost to preserve a dress at Vogue so I called today. I was quoted a minimum of $130-$150. I wonder why the price difference?

Vogue Cleaners has either 5 stars or 1. I’m guessing the 5 star reviews are that of everyday items. Which I’m sure, might be 5 stars. The people who give 1 star, have all had their EXPENSIVE DESIGNER items, CUSTOM made items, One of a Kind items. They RUIN them, and then smile at you, with their hand out like your about to PAY them, and look at you like your CrAzY for mentioning the fact they ruined a $1400 suit. A custom made tie. In December 2017, I dropped off an expensive womens’ suit to be dry cleaned. The suit was in perfect condition. When I went to pick up the suit, the decorative piping was melted and separated from the suit and the buttons were all loose. When I pointed it out to the young man at the counter, he said that the manager needed to look at it. A woman came out and agreed that there was a problem and said they would contact the manufacturer to see what could be done. I was so angry, I walked out, leaving the suit. incompetent, rude and expensive On Sept 6th 2017 my Fiancée took her wedding dress to Vogue Cleaners on South Freemont Ave to be cleaned and pressed. She was told it would be ready Sept 15th. At pick up on the 19th, she noticed the dress was not properly pressed in several areas. She told the manager who said he was embarrassed and would take care of it. Horrible customer service. Arrogant, rude and snobby. Quality of the dry cleaning was okay but be prepared to have items disappear, buttons broke, shirts ripped and items shrunk. When it happens do not assume that they will take responsibility for it because they won't. They will blame it on the age, quality or deny it even happened. They are expensive! Definitely get a count of the items left so you have some accounting of your clothes. Very disappointed.
