risotto is fantastic. haven't had a bad meal there yet.
Tiny tables for 2. Only suitable for one. $13 hamburger, $6 fries. Just "no"
Best restaurant in the West Valley, hands down. Not a chain so the menu is fresh and the service is excellent. I usually get the chef special which is always delicious. Great atmosphere and friendly servers. Ask for Haythum or Jason. They are THE BEST

Vogue is an out of the way romantic restaurant in Surprise. It is superb for special occasions. Every dish that I have had there was wonderful. Don’t expect to get in and out quickly though. Vogue is a dining experience that takes time. Decor inside is classy but you can eat outside under the misters or near the fireplace in the fall/winters. I highly recommend Vogue Bistro.
