I hate to give one star because the people were kind, such as Sonia and her employees, but I have to. It was clear that they had great intentions and nothing to cause any harm. However, being introduced to, “are you ready for the pain?” is a way to immediately drive away clients from wanting to come back. Marcella was awesome! My girls wanted suitable and easy hair styles for their very long hair. The girls love the way she and the owner Sonia listened to their and my concerns. Very happy with this place and will be returning!
