I am completely satisfied with the service beginning with the office personnel. The service techs Mason and Dakota were skilled and friendly and kept me informed throughout the diagnostic process. My most recent service call has been only the second time My furnace installed by Vogt many years ago needed repair. My issue was repaired quickly. The pricing is more than fair where my final thoughts were that for me a modest income household, categorized it as " that was much cheaper than I had thought I would have to pay.

Vogt's did some maintenance on our furnace recently, including the filter. They also did a quick warranty repair to get the air conditioning running again during the hottest week. They're always quick, friendly, and professional. They're the only ones I call and would recommend 100%.

AC went out. Mason came out to trouble shoot found issue within minutes had the part available on the truck and able to get the AC working again. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I have used Vogt Heating and Cooling for furnace repair, ac maintenance and furnace replacement. They have always been very honest in their dealings with us. Their work has been fast friendly and dependable. Their prices have been very reasonable, usually less than the prices quoted by competitors. I have never felt taken advantage of. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
