Vogt's sent Mark and Tom to perform an annual tune up that I had scheduled. The tune up included cleaning and checking the complete system. Before arriving, Mark called to let me know when to expect him, and before he left, he took the time to explain all of the services that had been performed and asked if I wanted to be on their customer maintenance plan, and I absolutely said "Yes!".
