My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day. They were beautiful and lasted a very long time. The bouquet was perfectly created.
My husband ordered flowers for me to be delivered on Valentine's Day because he is in the military and couldn't be here. Not only did they NOT deliver them, he had scheduled them to be delivered at 10 AMand didn't call me till 8 PM to tell me they couldn't deliver. And to top it off they would offer any refund or discount because they came after Valentine's Day. Supper disappoints would recommend.
Quality flowers and reliable service. I was definitely satisfied with the arrangement that I ordered.
I've been calling the store number today since they opened. It is now 3pm and still no one is answering the phone. I also pressed to reach a customer service agent well guess what not available at this time. I'm calling from a different state with questions about delivery in Waldorf. Not a good look
I worked with Ramona and she went way above and beyond to meet our requests! The person we were sending an arrangement too is blind so we asked for really fragrant flowers and if she had any idea how we could write out the card message in braille. Ramona used her creativity and found a way! Thanks so much for thinking outside of the box for us :)
