Easy, all instructions followed, this was a long distance delivery and it went flawless. The sympathy hydrangea arrived on time and good condition.
Kim did an amazing job on a Sympathy Plant arrangement for my friend and her Mom. I live in the Atlanta, GA area and I called the shop directly. My experiences with 1-800flowers since the pandemic has been absolutely horrendous. So, I quickly learned to start calling local flower shops. It has truly paid off. The arrangements are more personalized, arrive quicker and you get to speak directly with the owners most of time which allows for a more personal touch. My experience with Vogel’s was wonderful! I placed my order from San Diego with owner Kim. She was absolutely great! She went out of her way to make my mom’s Mother’s Day flower arrangement perfect! She even had it delivered on Mother’s Day, despite me ordering “last minute”! The gorgeous flowers made my Mom’s day! Thank you Kim. Vogel’s Florist will now be my “go-to” florist for sending flowers to my mom.
