Terrible work & appraisals. Got a fresh out of college kid with apparently no over site from superiors. Appraised a site at 1.65 million, only 2.5 years after it appraised at 2.65 mil pre construction & 2.35 million post construction. Refused to adjust their numbers or reconsider at all. Got a 2nd opinion appraisal at 2.5 million. They used absolute terrible comps to a compromised familiar owner to owner sale. Do not use this company. No accountability or reality what it costs to build buildings post covid.
