I went to see Doctor Keith because I just found out I had cervical cancer. I didn't have health care but I wanted a good doctor so I decided to go with him and pay out of pocket. My first consultation appointment was horrible. I waited for over half an hour. When I finally got to see him he looked at my chart, told me I had cervical cancer, kept checking his cell phone, and within five minutes he said he had to go do a delivery. Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The doctor didn't tell me enough explanation about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated and rushed out. Poor badside manner. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here.
