Do NOT use her for ESCROW! – Judy will tell you that she does her escrow as a convenience to her customer. This is not true. She is suppose to be paid out that escrow. NEVER USE A BIAS PARTY TO HOLD MONEY IN ESCROW! I knew this, but was lazy. Judy took our deposit towards a property. This check was drawn on our personal account as I hadn't opened a business account yet. We discussed this when I wrote the check. Best Realtor Hands Down – When we decided to buy our first home 18 years ago, we had limited funds and definite ideas. Judy Vogel showed us homes weekly for nearly a year. We utimately bought one that was listed by another agent. Judy worked very hard with nothing but our best interest at heart. All about the money! – I was told by Judy Vogel that she would NOT show me a property unless she was going to recieve all the commission on the sale. After I told her that I was sure the owners of that home needed to know about this, she was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me, I couldn't believe it!!
