Absolute joke. $75 service fee just to show up for 10 minutes and it doesn't even partially apply towards cost of repair only to be told I need parts which cost more than a completely new microwave. I found the parts on Amazon for $65...was quoted over $220. Sorry but I'm not paying over 300% markup on parts. This company is a total waste of money and time - please save yourself the money and trouble and call someone else.
