WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THESE SURVEYORS!!!! I was quoted a price for a survey. AFTER it was done, they raised the price 33%. When questioned, the owner became abusive and rude. We have a signed contract for them for the quoted price. We'll be seeking legal recourse, but you should NOT trust them with a survey! On top of that, they dramatically missed their deadline to provide the survey. My advice...pay a bit more and avoid the delays, rudeness, and bait-n-switch tactics of this company!

We provided Mr. ********** a quote to survey a VACANT lot. He signed the contact to survey the lot, which he describes the lot as vacant. He lied to us. The lot wasn't vacant, it had a structure on it. Which changed the cost, because we had to do more work. He clearly knew the lot wasn't vacant, and lied to get a lower quote.
I tried to communicate with the owner in flagging my backyard that his crew surveyed and have been paid in full by my lender. The manager hung up on me after we had an disagreement on cost of $200.00 that was sent to me by their secretary by email. Mr. Voelker stated stated that the second property had to be a new survey since his company did not do original survey even though I just wanted resurtification of original property line. Business response:
All the corners were flagged at the time the field work was done. He asked us to reflag the lot. We told him that it would cost $200.00. Then he sent in the request form with a different lot on it. We called him back and told him that that quote didn't apply for that lot. It is clear that he was trying to pull a fast one on us. We told him that he needed to find a different Surveyor.
