I had a water leak late in the day and immediately reached out to Adam at Voda, having worked with them before. He responded right away and dispatched Sergio, who arrived within two hours, set up fans and dehumidifiers, and stayed on top of the situation with daily visits, taking pictures and moisture readings each time. Adam and Trevor showed up quickly to our house on a Sunday evening and minimized the amount of water damage from a leak in our house. Then the next three days Sergio came out to check on salvage progress. He explained what he was seeing to us and really helped us set our expectations on what would be saved and what was too far gone. We’re very impressed for Sergio’s professionalism.
