Very pleased with carpet cleaning! Stevonte (technician) was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. A pleasure to have in our home. We will use again. Great communication with this company as well. On time.
Absolutely would not recommend. Company was hired to clean carpet in a rental property we manage. They left large traffic stains in a livingroom space and stated that it was unable to be cleaned. In reality they went in and over saturated the carpet, left it wet and the home reeked of pet odor. Gave them the option to make it right, which they then just made excuses for and did not make it right. Voda did an amazing job cleaning the carpet in one of my properties. Erica was very responsive and very helpful. The crew even braved the winter storm weather to get the job done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them!
