This company is great. They are great to work with. I never had to experience something like this. Reta, Mr T and Rick really made me feel good what was being done to clean up the water mess. I would really recommend this company to work with.

I experienced a massive water geyser in the master bathroom when a part broke on the line connecting to the tank. Luckily, I was there to shut the water off and attempt cleanup. As water moves quickly, all the water that was released thoroughly soaked parts of bedroom carpet and leaked, in multiple areas, downstairs to guest bedroom. This was late at night.
