Needed help with terrible mold on my house due to living in woods. Spoke to Reta to schedule someone to come look. She was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The technician Chris came out and took a look and took care of everything. Everyone was so amazing. Thank you soooo much Voda.
Reta Smith was the mold specialist that came to resolve a mold concern in our duplex. She not only conducted a thorough, professional, expert, and detailed investigation… she also dealt with all people involved in this stressful situation with kindness, clarity and patience. There is no doubt that her presence was pivotal in resolving this issue with honesty and surety.
I manage a few properties and we had a pretty good amount of water intrusion in a basement apartment after 8-9 days of rain a couple weeks ago. It was pretty serious, water coming out of light fixtures and breakers were tripped. I called VODA & spoke with Reta Smith.
