Emailed the VODA team after our dog got skunked in the backyard and she ran onto our couch. Josh and Jamie were out to do an assessment the next business day, identified what could be done, and had us scheduled for later in the week. The guys came back on the scheduled date, on time, with texts to let you keep you posted on arrival. They treated our affected couch, as well as another couch in same room, both turned out great!
