So I have been a fan of Vocellis for years . However tonights order of Quatro Cheese and Chicken parm was disgusting . It was delivered via DoorDash . I put the order in at 808pm and it was delivered by 834pm .I live 11 minutes away . The Pizza seemed Iike it had been sitting the cheese was lumpy. and the Chicken Parm was cold . When I called the store the manager kept saying how everything is fresh . Was not looking for excuses but accountability .
