The Cowan location used to be great. They made mistakes, but when they did, they courteously and quickly fixed things.Current manager, however, is awful. They mis-delivered an order–pre-paid and pre-tipped–and refused to refund/redeliver despite it being their own mistake. The spinach & mushroom rolls are delicious! So are the wings! It was also very nice to be greeted/waited on by genuinely happy people. Placed my order online & it was ready on time. I'll definitely go back!
Hour late. No call back, no food. Had to come get my food. They gave it to me free but I wanted to eat an hour ago.
