Leanne, is the sweetest! The food is amazing, I only had one issue before with an order. I didn't mention it right away, but explained to Leanne the issue I had, and the next time I had ordered, she corrected the problem without hesitation. One of my favorite spots to go, awesome staff besides Leanne with a great atmosphere.

Pizza was good and was fine all but the hour wright
For the second time, my order was messed up. I ordered directly through the Vocelli website, not a third-party app but apparently Mike says it is a third party app. The video I posted shows exactly what appeared on my end. I ordered the Big Italian with hot honey, but my order arrived without the hot honey. I called and spoke with the manager, Mike, who seemed completely uninterested in fixing the issue and only offered a store credit.
