Troy is amazing! He’s so knowledgeable and will not steer you wrong! I was in the best shape of my life because of him! If you follow what he says, it will be impossible to not see results! The gym feels like home! Amazing people all around go there as well which make it easy to go! You have sports goals or personal goals.. Troy is your guy!!!
