Very friendly, welcoming, and professional staff. I immediately felt welcome from the moment I walked in, and I was impressed with their attention to cleanliness and sanitization. It was helpful that they had a menu with options and prices that I could choose from that described exactly what the specific service would include. I highly recommend this place!

I've been going here for a few years and I have never had a bad experience. Their prices are reasonable and I love that they get to know their regular customers. My only complaint is that they don't tell you the prices of things unless you ask. However, there is a price board on the wall. They always as if you want something more than you go in for, but I always say no and they let me be.

I have been getting my nails done for years (usually at the same place) but I went to Vo1 nails with a bridal party and it was the absolute worst service I have ever had!! When we got there we were told that a pedi and full set would be $25 each then the manager told us about the new "pink gel" and said she would do it for us but did not tell us that it would be double the price until after she had started three girls nails!
