I had a great experience. Luckie is very talented and dedicated. I asked for my hair to be very blonde and lightened a lot despite having very dark hair naturally. Luckie was able to get my hair to the desired shade while keeping it healthy. I am attaching before and after photos to show how well my roots were lightened. I am very happy with the results and definitely recommend!
