You may have to wait a while past your appointment time (plan accordingly) because this is a SMALL office but once you are seen, you will be given ample time to talk with the doctor and I doubt you will find another Dr as caring, thorough, and with the bedside manor of Dr Mimi Vo. She has an amazing list of certifications and years of experience and CARES about everyone she sees. Medicaid needs to stop assigning black people to this clinic. Every black and mixed person that I know that came here said they experienced not being listened to and asked invasive questions. Personally I have heard staff gossip and talk bad about patients in Vietnamese. They also tend to call their different patients out by their race instead of any other descriptor like their name. This place has a clean, comfortable/aesthetic environment, the doctors here are very friendly and understanding, even though my mom asks so many different questions they still can put up with it, they listen, and answer all of her questions many times until she understands fully what is going on/what is happening.
