They were prompt, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. They exactly what they were going to do to fix my issue and they did! I had them go to another one of our house's and clean and service the furnace for the season there. VO has always done an excellent job. I know if I have a problem I can call them and they will be out as soon as possible to take care of me.
It was very easy to book an appointment and Jason arrived on time. He took the time to explain things and provided some good advice as he did the job. I would happily recommend Jason to anyone and will definitely call Jason whenever I need any HVAC work done!

Jason and his team were awesome and absolutely professional!! Very fair pricing. He totally worked with me and my schedule and ended my summer suffering! We had them replace our 18 year old furnace and install a brand new AC unit. There were definitely obstacles that they had to work through with the measurements of where our furnace was and they were able to make it happen!
