Horrible Asian real estate company..After 13 years of renting an apartment,never 1 complaint or missed or was late with a rental payment this Asian real estate company bought the condo i was living in 5 yrs ago while it was in foreclosure for 42,000 refused to do any repairs and refused give me a lease and called me at 8pm April 4 2022 to inform me that they have rented the apartment to another fellow asian and gave me a thirty day notice.This is a very dirty rotten real estate company and the owner Tam hates Afro-American
