If there was an option for Negative stars I would grade them that!! My fathers MD never calls the nurses back with orders and THE Nurses don't follow up with family regarding new orders. They neglected to follow up with my fathers Antibiotic order for more than 24hrs. I placed more than three calls inquiring about the delivery of his medication . I left three messages and no one called me back. Thank God I am a nurse and made the executive decision to have my father seen at his PCP office to ensure he got the proper treatmen... read more

I do not leave Google reviews, but I wanted to write this to make someone's choice a little easier when researching hospices. The burden of having to find one to help me take care of my mother at home was immense. UPDATE: We were advised today that an aide has been assigned and should be visiting next week. Our nurse visited today and provided us with answers to our more difficult questions. Stay tuned for further positive updates. As an aside, the email response received from the company implies that the hospice agency under the patients care is permanently closed. I had great experience with VNS but honestly you should really rethink your partnership with mercy home care medical supplies. If someone acted like this to your family in this kind of situation you would never go for that service.
