Firstly, PT was rude and unprofessional, very bossy! The nurses call a hour before they come and stay 5-10 minutes.....do you realize Medicare is billed 400 00 a visit! They never follow up and release patients and do not communicate with caregiver or family. They show no concern for your loved ones. There in it for the money.
