The staff here are angels. They took excellent care of my grandpa several years ago, and my grandma just last week. My family is incredibly grateful to this facility and the kindness of the people here.
The staff took my grandmother off the bipap in the middle of the night without calling and letting us know they were going too. She passed away alone. Did not call her appointed power of attorney to make her or any family aware it was time to start weaning her off the oxygen let alone take it off. Gave no opportunity to be by her side! So grotesque!
A fantastic facility and fantastic staff. They made my mother very comfortable and the process very simple for me ❤️❤️
