What has happened to home health care and hospice nursing.... are these nurses just here to collect a paycheck?? And they only want to provide minimal nursing visits?? And nevermind about returning phone calls. So sad for patients and family members. So sad and different from what I heard about VNA. Can't even get a member of management to return my call let alone the nurses!!
I would never recommend VNA to anyone! They are not there for the family as they should be! Their bath aides are not good! The family they served tried to get answers from them for weeks and they did not respond. Finally the family went to Dunes Hospice! What a big difference in care for this family! I would never allow my dog to be cared for by this company!
