Seems like you get two types pf experiences here. The great one or the “no show.” I received the later. I did exactly what many others did. 1) Get confused by you waiting for to be acknowledged just to check in with the ONE receiving person already on the phone helping future disappointments. 2) The “security “ guard did his best to avoid the “How can I help you face” and use eye contact sparingly. 3) Walked out after an hour. The security at this location is not trained properly. I have An autistic child and a child with Down syndrome and everytime i bring them to this location it takes me long to check in because the Hispanic security guard always has an issue with my children being loud or running from me when im trying to check in as quick as possible, he runs after my autistic son who thinks this security man is chasing him, it’s making it worse instead of being helpful.
