I've been going to VNA Bolingbrook for 10 years now. Just in the last month I've noticed huge improvements! The appointment availability is better, the wait time is way better, their automated system online is very fast and very efficient (for scheduling appointments and ultrasounds and things like that), and they return your call right away if you leave a message for a nurse. Had an amazing experience with Dr Moffett! . He listened carefully to all my concerns, answered every question without making me feel rushed, and made me feel completely at ease. I noticed how knowledgeable and detailed oriented he was ! Gave me the whole game plan with my situation he even had back up plans incase an inconvenience! Like wow ! Ok I see you DOC!!
