Purchased a TYM T354 with 5ft. Finish mower about 5 months ago, first day the digital screen went out. We were told by James (Sales Manager) before our purchase, they would have parts, blades, etc. at the dealership. NOPE!!!! If you need parts, they have to order it and it takes months...we are still waiting for a bolt and have been for MONTHS!!!!
