I recently visited the salon for the first time and was thoroughly disappointed with the staff. Unfortunately, I was assigned a staff member who did not speak English. I selected a nail colour, but she applied a different one. Although this was somewhat acceptable, I explicitly instructed her to shape my nails uniformly. Regrettably, each of my fingers appears distinctly different
