Helen did my nails and did a terrible job. The polish needed another coat and she refused to do it. They also get attitudes with their customers. I strongly believe they do not have respect for their customers. The daughter is okay,but the apple does not fall far from the tree because she has catched a attitude me before and I had to check her.They do what they want to do to your nails because they only know styles from 1999. I haven’t gone in VN nails for a pedicure in over 3 years. The owner did my pedicure one time before that, her husband did it last years ago. My last experience there for a pedicure I waited 2 hours with my feet in the water ( yes it turned cold) before I just walked out. About 2 months ago I decided to go back and get my eyebrows waxed because the owner does a good job.
